To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will send detailed return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

Delivery Responsibility
